A new year brings with it a whiff of hope and optimism, a forward-looking vision for the unexplored year that lies before you like a new book. Or like a diary hot off the press with fresh crisp pages, waiting to be written on what you will.

A new year is an invitation to let bygones be bygones and chart the road ahead with a clean slate, create your own narrative, design your own future, without letting old baggage pull you down.

Meanwhile, the year that we just bid goodbye to, was a tapestry of multihued, multifarious events in the city, in the country, across the world. War and peace, gains and losses, joys and sorrows rubbed shoulders to create a colourful mosaic of life and our times.

Now we turn the pages of history and a new chapter begins with 2025 as the heading, but the rest of the story a blank that we shall fill.

It’s the time to fly, embrace the sun, walk tall with head held high, and a heart alive with hope and joy and love towards one and all.
