Time flies and just like that it has been 15 years since Travel & Shop released its first magazine in in Coimbatore, giving Kovai a comprehensive city guide with all major establishments listed along with other important numbers, useful information, helplines, and of course the feature stories, advertisements, and other city-centric content.

The idea of a city guide was bold then, when Coimbatore was still an upcoming city that was slowly shedding its sleepy south town image. Fast forward to 2025 and Kovai has grown by leaps and bounds and is increasingly being sought out as the leading south destination as a viable business hub, education centre, textile town which was always its unique distinctive feature, and a major tourism centre as well as spiritual seekers paradise.

Coimbatore is the perfect showcase of the best of tradition and modernity, both blending seamlessly to create the ideal balance for the right lifestyles that suits the young and the old, with enough space to grow wings and explore, while being rooted to its rich cultural fabric. The infrastructure has kept pace to provide the backdrop for a city of world standards.
